Yeah, I put a lot more detail in this piece than I really planned for. But the last two months of work have been beyond awful and all I had to escape from that was to work on this for 20 or 30 mins a day.
wanted a Neosaurus picture for his entry in my “Create your own Tyrant Monster” from last year. I am really behind on these, but each piece I swear has been more detailed than that last. I was really afraid of doing this, mainly cause the monster has so many little details about it. This is about as close as I can get it to look. I’m happy with it, just astonished it took so much time.
Neosaurus is a genetically created monster in the Ultraman Dyna series. So strong is this creature that it actually fought and killed a clone Silvergon. (Another monster that I did an art piece a few months back). Neosaurus is incredibly strong and can shoot homing energy beams from his chest. They are pretty similar in nature to Space Godzilla’s Corona Beam. He is a cool dino, but the design is a bit much for my taste.

So that just leaves me a Baltan and Crab King for the last two individuals that entered my contest. Apologizes to the folk out there for taking so long, but quality does require time. And with work now, that is a time that is most precious it seems.

Without a doubt one of the most iconic monsters of the Ultraman Dyna series considering that he was a dinosaur-like kaiju who was created by a mad scientist ala Jirass. Add to the fact that he had Rodan's roar makes him even more iconic and unforgettable. That being said i wonder who'd win in a fight? Jirass or Neosaurus? I mean both monsters are dinosaur kaiju who were created by mad scientists but who'd win?
