Well I turned this out pretty quick. I'm hoping that I can use it for a much larger image that will be coming out later this year. Unfortunately though, that is all I can say about that. It's sort of a secret thing. The title is sort of an Easter Egg though.
But, in case some of you do not know, this is Geronimon. He is a necromancer monster. He has the ability to resurrect over 60 monsters from their graves. In his only episode, in Ultraman, he brings back the monsters Pigmon, Dorako, and Telesdon. Together, he sought to use them to take over the world. Though, why he brought back a friendly human size chibi monster like Pigmon....is anyone's guess. Oh well, Dorako got to smash that little annoying ragamuffin into the dirt ^_^. I don't care if that sounds evil, I don't like that monster lol.
Geronimon has a whole host of strange abilites. He can use telekinesis to control the feathers that are on his tail. Sort of like how Space Godzilla was chucking his crystals at Godzilla. He can bring back dead monsters...(as example with the green soul orb in my illustration). And he can shoot a white mist out of his mouth that can cause objects to levitate. Recently in the Ultraman Fighting games though, he has been given attentional abilities. Now he can shoot purple fireballs from his hands, and he can use his telekinesis to also through around his opponent. Again, sort of like Space Godzilla's Gravity Tornado ability.

All I can really say is I really enjoyed this piece. I got the idea from this really rough pencil sketch I found on a Japanese site. The drawing was crude, but gave me some neat ideas of what I could do to really give this monster some life. And this also gave me an excuse to use a lot of different colors I mean that is what the monster is. Just a colorful necromancy kaiju that brings back the dead to munch on the living

It sucks that Geronimon hasn't made a comeback in any of the new Ultra shows considering that he looks so cool for a bearded feathered dinosaur who can revive undead monsters. In fact i think the reason why Geronimon won't come back in a future show is the fact that he resembles an indian chief which is considered offensive and racist by indians.
